Dr.A.Adisesha Reddy is post graduate in Commerce and also Business administration from ANU, received Ph.D in 2013 in management stream. At present he is working as Professor & HOD School of Management studies, Lakireddy Balireddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram, Krishna Dt,AP-521230. Dr.A.Adisesha Reddy is having long association of 21 years with this prestigious institute and has held many positions successfully.
He is the life member of ISTE & AIMS. Being active life member of Association of Indian Management Schools, he was elected as the secretary of AP chapter for the years 2018-19 and also 2019-2020 and conducted more than half a dozen programmes for the growth & Development of Management fraternity in AP State.
Dr.Reddy is the Co-ordinator / Convenor for many events such as workshops/ Seminars/ FDP/ Webinar being organized in LBRCE campus for the last 6 years.
Dr. Reddy is also invited as an Academic Expert for BOS Committee for several institutions as he was instrumental in Designing/Drafting of Programe Curriculum of Management studies being the Chairman of BOS of SMS for many times in LBRCE.
Dr.Reddy was invited as a keynote guest speaker in several colleges as he is passionate in giving expert talks in motivating the students for better career.
As the Head of department of SMS Dr. Reddy is effectively utilizing all the opportunities for giving more number of good placements apart from quality management education along with values. Dr. Reddy is acting as Management Representative of ISO certification activities for Quality Standards in the institute. He also received best Teacher award for four times for his outstanding academic performance in teaching and achieving extraordinary results. Dr. Reddy wrote more than 20 research papers and published them in Scopus/UGC Journals. He also attended & presented 10 management papers in different international conferences in the last 5 years. Dr. Reddy is guiding Scholar of Ph.D and acted as Supervisor for many students of their project work.
